March 27th, 2009We hope you and your students have enjoyed watching and discussing the film and the many issues it addresses associated with outsourcing and cross-cultural communication.One of our favorite aspects Outsourced is the realism of Todd’s situation – as many executives do travel and train staff in a new country without much in the way of cross-cultural training and awareness. We also really responded to how Todd lives through his experience and emerges on the other side a changed man – illustrating the human side of a business experience.
