Welcome to the official Outsourced online community for educators!

March 27th, 2009

We hope you and your students have enjoyed watching and discussing the film and the many issues it addresses associated with outsourcing and cross-cultural communication. One of our favorite aspects Outsourced is the realism of Todd’s situation – as many executives do travel and train staff in a new country without much in the way of cross-cultural training and awareness. We also really responded to how Todd lives through his experience and emerges on the other side a changed man – illustrating the human side of a business experience.

We really believe that Outsourced can be useful to both undergraduate and MBA students. We’re interesting in having you share your own feedback and that of your students with us.
